Service Chain Development
The aim for this e-learning content is to recognize the critical points of your own service chain where the service experience must be experimental and functional. The service chain means that visitor forms his/her own travel experience itself – from the information search to after event experiences. Travel experience doesn´t hereby consist only of participating the main service event. It is more extensive content before and after the main service event. This e-learning content was created in Cultural Tourism 2011 project.
